My office is located in a quiet part the Heights neighborhood of Jersey City and many of my in-person sessions are with locals looking for a therapist who understands what life is like here. If you are located in a neighboring town like Hoboken, Union City, Weehawken, Bayonne, or elsewhere in Hudson County, my door is open for you too. There is often free street parking nearby.

Not local, or just prefer to meet from home? I also see clients virtually across New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Sometimes that's a mom fitting in a session between work meetings, a family who moved away but wants to keep working together, or someone spending part of the year in Florida who doesn't want to lose momentum. Virtual sessions are just as real and effective as in-person ones; it's the same work, wherever you're logging in from.
