My office is located in a quiet part the Heights neighborhood of Jersey City and many of my in-person sessions are with locals looking for a therapist who understands what life is like here. If you are located in a neighboring town like Hoboken, Union City, Weehawken, Bayonne, or elsewhere in Hudson County, my door is open for you too. There is often free street parking nearby.

Sometimes that's a mom fitting in a session between work meetings, a family who moved away but wants to keep working together, or someone spending part of the year in Florida who doesn't want to lose momentum.
